I was meant as a job, shipping items from home based. ******** Please find the attached Manual, which you should download. It provides a step-by-step guide on how to properly process packages. We request you to take the time to review it thoroughly. Please be aware that changing your address is prohibited during the first 60 days to ensure package security. You may request an address change once you are no longer in the Probationary Period. For future reference, here is our procedure for handling missing packages: 1. Double-check with your family members, as they might have received the package. 2. Inspect your surroundings, including your porch, outside the door, trash bins, and mailbox, for the package. 3. Check with your nearest neighbors, as the delivery person might have mistakenly delivered the package to their doorstep. If necessary, mention the customer's name on the package. 4. If the package is still not found, contact the carrier to report a missing package claim, which will initiate an investigation. Please refrain from opening the Manufacturer's box or Device box. You are only allowed to open the brown carrier's box. Follow these steps to upload pictures correctly on your Dashboard: 1. Ensure that "Task Accepted" and "Received" are clicked. 2. Click "Photo" to upload a picture of the product. Click "Packing List" to upload an invoice. 3. Go to "Select Files." 4. Choose the picture and click Open. 5. Wait until the loading bar reaches 100%. 6. Reload the page and double-check if the photo is still there. Note: If you encounter an error or if your photo doesn't appear on your dashboard, edit the photo to reduce its size. If possible, use a mobile phone to take pictures as they come in a smaller size. Then, reload the page and re-upload the photo. After taking pictures, remember to remove the invoice from the package to avoid double taxation. If you receive a package that doesn't show on the dashboard, please report it as an Unknown Package. Follow these steps: 1. Go to Packages. 2. Click on the "REPORT UNKNOWN PACKAGE" button. 3. Provide all the necessary information about the package. 4. Click Save and upload the picture. If you plan to take leave, kindly provide us with one week's notice ahead of your scheduled leave for approval.
