Description

Placed my order on December 29/25. Received confirmation of order and a follow up as to the item being processed. On January 12/26 I had sent an email to the company asking where my order was DS43003064 and had an email reply stating it was on its way and received a tracking order # from China indicating so. I sent 5 more emails asking where my order was as it wasn't recognizing the tracking number and the item still showed being in China while the corresponding emails stated it had gone through the delivery steps and had arrived in country of recipient and was awaiting clearance from customs to last step of delivery. We are still showing in China and still the tracking number is not recognized nor is the company responding to my emails anymore. When I researched this company the address came to my surprise as it says 17 King Edward Rd, Ruislip HA4 7AE United Kingdom. Confused to say the least.
