we purchased 2 seats, was told to etraansfer $1900. so we did. once payment is made, seats will arrived. past forward to wednesday jan 21, we got a call stating we must send $1000 for insurance fee which wasnt discussed. we then said send us invoice so we can make sure it is legit. then they requested us to pay $1000 in bitcoin. so then we asked for a refund of $1900. we were told to comply with what they requestd if we want the seats we purchased. we refused to pay more becuase the price was offered $1900 and we are not willing to pay more. we are looking a refund of $1900. any question please email for more clarifications [email protected] thanks
