Have ordered items in the past with no issue, 4th order sat for a long while without reply so filed for refund and received. Tried a 5th order ( Thought 4th was a fluke ) and sent two friendly reminder emails just so I wasn’t forgotten like before, As I was in no rush just wanted to eventually receive what I paid for. Seller apologized and said the order would not be forgotten, Sounds good to me. Was eventually marked as pre shipped and sat for a month, Then “shipped” and delivered to my fathers house, He's retired and always home now, but never received by either of us. Reached out to seller as I assumed it was mis marked or mis delivered and was ignored, Checked with post office and they showed me proof that it was delivered but not to me, Same tracking number the seller provided… Different name and address, Contacted the person who received the package and they opened box to make sure a mistake wasn’t made and it was not my order. Opened a dispute with payment company who sided with seller as he had proof of shipment. At this point I realized all those bad reviews Ive seen are true, He can and occasionally provides a service but will sometimes make a mistake or fall behind, Which happens and is no big deal imo, But instead of scaling back business a bit to catch up the seller will lie and try to keep funds received without providing the items they purchased.
