Ordered from STARLAND a pair of track shoes. Instructed to pay though PayPal. Looked back on paypal 3 days later & noted payment not noted there anywhere. Checked & noted that Credit card was charged with amount. No replies heard from order, called phone number on site which was 'Not in Service" Called my CC company to remove payment.
