I ordered a pillow from the company CALLIXE almost two months ago. I have not received the product or any help from the company regarding my order. I have reached out to them many times and have not received any assistance. I asked for a refund several weeks ago and was ignored. I continue to follow-up with them to no avail. On the website when I try to search for my order using my order number and tracking number, it says the order is not found. I was given a tracking number that the USPS determined was illegitimate. USPS never received any package from this company in my name despite me receiving emails that it was shipped. This is not a case of a lost package, because if that were the case, it would at least be scanned in the USPS system and it is not. At this point, it seems there is no hope for me getting the product or money, so I figured I would at least report it so people can avoid making the same mistake with CALLIXE that I did.
