This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Says they are a boot maker in Boston. Big sale, quality leather. Too good to be true. They have a customer service email, they assure you product is on the way, for months. Then send out a fake tracking number from china saying it was delivered. If you ask for refund, they just keep sending you the fake delivery info.
