I placed an order on December 14 from the Winstex site which said it was Macy's. The confirmation I have of my order includes a tracking number and I aIso have a screenshot I took once I completed my order. I have been trying to track the package since I ordered using the tracking number they gave, the final tracking was this week and the notes said my order was delivered on January 17th and it was not delivered. The website can not be reached now at all.
