I ordered a 3-tier rotating bookshelf December 4, 2025. I still haven't received it. I have emailed many times and received one reply. I requested the tracking information to check on my package because the original tracking number I was given said that my package had already been delivered inside or around my mailbox and the item I purchased would not have fit in my mailbox. So what they told me is that my package was still on the way and that I could use the same tracking information to check on it but the tracking information was removed and I've emailed about getting new tracking information and have not received anymore emails since early this month. I emailed again today to ask for a refund due to their inability to communicate and refusing to swiftly get my package to me. I have also tried to search up the website and it has conveniently been removed along with their Facebook and Instagram pages. After all of this, I firmly believed I was scammed.
