I had made a purchase of a purse and wallet through Neiman Marcus. They sent me tracking information said it was delivered was never received contacted them. They said they would send it again again never received filed a dispute through PayPal. They said that the tracking information was given to me and would not reimburse me. The tracking number was from some China Post not United States Postal Service even the China Post has to submit to USPS for final delivery that was never made.
