Description

There was an online ad selling women's dresses. I made an order and paid shipping. The company sent a tracking number and said that the package was delivered but it never was. They didn't have any picture of the package on my porch or any evidence of delivery. I contacted the company and they said they would resend it. That package also never arrived. I was home the entire day that the second delivery was supposed to come. I contacted them again and they said they would give a partial refund. I told them that was unacceptable and that they needed to refund 100%. They agreed to that, but have never refunded the money. I have followed up multiple times and they always respond that they are working on it. The last time, they said it would be refunded within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours with no refund.
