Letter received in mail. States: "secured by UNION SAVINGS BANK - PLEASE CALL TO VERIFY " This is my bank where I have my mortgage. My name and address are listed correctly. This appears to be a warning regarding my Home warranty. Which I don't have. But I hate these stupid people. There are threatening statements to induce panic so I will call. Incorrect English. Random capitalizations. Annoying. I could see this causing someone else to call them and get scammed.
