Description
Receive a letter reading "FINAL NOTICE: IMMEDIATE RESPONSE NEEDED" and claiming that "w have been trying to contact you and have not been able to, regarding the property's home warranty at [my home address]." Letter indicates the document is "FORM 9550-WARR" and includes the name of my actual mortgage lender. Looks like it is designed to look like an official document from my bank. Supplies a phone number to call, but no business name or address. In very small print at the bottom of the page, the letter says "We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder."
