Used their website to start the eviction process for (2) clients....both simple, lack of rent payment cases that were uncontested and sold by Evict123.com that they have a package deal to get a judgement and unlawful detainer, if uncontested, they do it all for $3,100. Both cases proceeded and the evictions are complete. 1 case was contested by the the tenant, and Evict123 quoted with reassurance its a slam dunk, we will win, but quoted another +$7,500 to show up in court for 1 day. We respectfully said no, and hired another attorney that DID show up and get the judgement for only 30% the cost. However, as of 1/16/2026; [email protected] keeps sending a bill for over $10,000. The 2nd case was NOT contested, so we expected the original $3,100 price would stand, but now, still being billed and asked over text to send them a credit card to close the account. This firm is baiting and switching and using their upfront retainer to inflate and charge for service no physically performed. And still they have not provided any paperwork, court docs, judgements etc. I personally have visited the property for the past 3 weeks, every day, and not 1 notice or document has been served to the property of the eviction???
