I purchased a starlight headliner kit as a Christmas gift in early December of 2025. A package was received but was the wrong one. I have attempted to contact and return the item numerous times in an effort to get the correct kit. I have had no response after several emails to their contact page. You only receive an automated message that they will get back to you shortly (they will not). I have even messaged their social in which I have received no response as well. I found their return and exchange policy online and I was within the timeframe and qualified to do so. In there they have instructions on where to ship the product to return and a refund will be issued. I attempt to contact to confirm they would accept the refund and again o response. I then blindly shipped the product back to the address they have stated on their website and it was promptly returned to me stating the address no longer exists. I would like a full refund and to return this product but they have deemed it impossible to do so.
