This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Multiple attempts made to try to resolve this, always with excuse after excuse. Last excuse was they needed my mailing address, but the email was cc'd with alot of other people. I didn't feel comfortable giving my address out to all those people, so I sent it separately. Glad I did, because I in turn got others addresses sent to me!
