This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
My Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Summary Notice, dated December 29, 2025, included charges that were billed to Medicare & BC/BS for "several intermittent urinary catheters." over a 6 month period. The supplier, Centennial Med Supply LLC, 1805 S Bellaire St, Ste 480-01, Denver, CO 80222-4305, charged Medicare a total of $15,750.00 on 10-11- 2025, of which $12,248.00 was approved and paid by Medicare. Blue Cross did not pay their portion, and they were aware of the scam. They requested additional info from the company. There are being several people commenting about this scam with this company, Medicare said they would investigate it. I did file a police report with my local authorities.
