Adeline Jewlery was advertising a closing out sale on social media Facebook. Stated it was shipping from Toronto. A mom and her daughter allegedly started this company but are now closing out. I ordered earrings and a ring. Paid by cc. I received a confirmation email and a shipment email. After 9 days my tracking# stated the package was “in exception” without any contact information. I emailed the business four times demanding a refund. After looking around I realized that this “company” has several different addresses ranging from Toronto to the United Kingdom while offering no phone number.
