I am filing this complaint regarding a deceptive and misleading passport “renewal” service that misrepresented itself as a legitimate government-affiliated provider. On January 21, 2026, I submitted personal and payment information through this company’s website to renew my husband’s U.S. passport (Order ID: 1C0T39106UOR). The website appeared designed to mimic an official government service and did not clearly disclose that it was a third-party company charging excessive fees for services consumers can complete directly through the U.S. Department of State. Shortly after realizing this was not a legitimate government site, I immediately contacted the company to cancel the order and request a refund. No government application had been submitted and no meaningful services had been rendered. Despite this, the company refused to cancel the order or issue a refund. Further research revealed numerous consumer complaints and reviews describing this company as a scam operation engaging in deceptive business practices. My primary concerns are: --The misleading presentation of the website as an official passport service --The refusal to provide a refund despite immediate cancellation --The improper retention of sensitive personal information --Potential misuse of my husband’s private data, including identification details I am requesting the following resolution: --Immediate cancellation of this order --A full refund of all charges --Written confirmation that all personal and financial information has been permanently deleted from their systems --Assurance that no application materials have been or will be submitted on our behalf This experience has caused significant stress and financial concern, particularly due to the sensitive nature of passport-related personal information.
