I purchased TurboTax Deluxe for $44.99 & TurboTax Business for $107.99 for 2024. When I went to transfer the information from 2024 to 2025's, 2024's software told me to register it when it was already registered. The license keys came up invalid and when I contacted there phone number, which is a text only number, I kept getting the run around. I've been going back and forth since November, 2024. They kept asking me not to report them. I requested new license codes. I haven't requested a refund though. Now, in order to get any of 2024's to transfer, I'll have to repurchase the software.
