I received a text message for me to call a number. Once I called the person told me my name and went into she was the mediator working for Sunrise Asset group and on Monday morning I would be served by the police to appear in court and I will have my vehicle taken as well. She told me my address and my vehicle type. She said I can pay 1000 now or 5000 plus lawyer fees in court after being served. She was rude and accused me of theft and check fraud. She told me the actual debt collector was capital solutions and we were passed the time frame to have something in writing.
