I placed an order with Marvel Jacket on November 14, 2025 for a jacket advertised on their website. After completing the purchase, I did not receive any updates or communication regarding the status of my order. By mid-December 2025, I became concerned due to the lack of updates and emailed the company multiple times requesting information about my order. I did not receive any response. Because of this, I sent an additional email requesting a full refund due to non-communication and the lengthy delay. On January 6, 2026, the company finally contacted me to state that my order was being processed and had already shipped. A tracking number was provided, showing the package shipping from Pakistan. I received the jacket on January 12, 2026. Upon receiving and inspecting the jacket, I found that it did not match what was advertised. The lettering was poorly done and not stitched properly, and the coloring was different from the product shown online. The overall quality of the jacket was substandard. On January 13, 2026, I immediately contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and formally requested a full refund. I sent two additional follow-up emails requesting the refund. As of January 21, 2026, I have not received any response from the company.
