I met with Ryan who owns this company in person. We never signed a contract which I repeatedly asked for one and hired him to build two websites for me and I was placed on a payment plan which he quoted me $5000 and I would pay $500 per payment each month and my websites were supposed to be delivered in January. I have spoken with the vendor, he continues to come up with several excuses as to why he has not delivered my websites for my company, and I need this for my business and have received nothing from him. We have also exchanged text messages and emails and still no product has been delivered to me not even an example to be shown of work in progress. I have asked for a refund and he has not provided that to me.
