I get repeated calls, up to 8 a day, from someone claiming to be "Crestwood Loan Advisor" about a $70,000 unsecured loan. The exact message is read as: "This is brought to you by Crestwood loan advisors. You can reach us at 877-419-6664. This message is from the loan department. We have a pending offer of $70,000 in the form of an unsecured loan. Your monthly payment is estimated to be $400 to speak with a team member. Please press two. To be added to our. Do not call list. Please press nine once again. Press two now to talk to a specialist and select nine to opt out." I do not pick up the phone as it is unproductive. They leave the same voicemail every time and fill up my voicemail inbox within 3 days. I answered the call once to try to talk to someone about never being called again, but I never start talking when answering. If I answer and don't say anything, the automated message doesn't start and the call ends in 30 seconds without delivering the message. This is clearly a scam to try to get personal information and possibly money, and there seems to be no end in sight. I have tried the opt out extension and they continue to call anyway. I have gotten on the phone with the number they provide and yelled at them to take me off the list, but it never sticks. I need help, I can't have a full voicemail and constantly ringing phone for the rest of my life!
