I applied for the online course with "Today is the day" but after reviewing the additional product products that were being suggested to buy, to enhance the experience I immediately (within 20 minutes) cancelled the order. I had a strange feeling about this company and nothing was disclosed upfront. I was told by their customer service that to receive full refund I had to have gone through 7 days of the course, provide screen shots of the course then rate the course as well as submit a letter detailing why I was cancelling. I was contacted by a David Hall saying that I was 11 days over due. I bought the course on Jan 12 and called on Jan 19. This was only 8 days, and I did not want to even open the course. I sill could not get my full payment back. So please use extreme caution if you use this app. I am not sure why I could not be reimbursed. I had the course for 20 minutes, never opened and I could not receive full reimbursement of my money, even though I was well with in the 11 days. If you walked into a store and bought something then changed your mind and 20 minutes later you returned the product I would expect a full refund. This company is a scam and fraudulent!
