I placed an order on Porrada’s website (porradafightwear.com) for two pairs of leggings. The leggings were a Christmas gift for my wife. When she opened the package, the leggings were very low quality. Even though they were the same size (XS), one of the leggings was visibly much larger than the other. One pair was too big for her to wear and the other was too small. I contacted Porrada and returned the leggings according to their directions. They received the leggings on Jan 7, 2026. On Jan 17, 2026, I contacted Porrada via email ([email protected]) to inquire about the status of the refund. On approximately Jan 19, 2026, Porrada responded that a refund had been processed. On Jan 20, 2026, the refund of $101.00 was posted to my checking account. However, on Jan 21, 2026, both the refund and the email notification of the refund were pulled from my account and inbox. Porrada now has their merchandise back and they have my money.
