Description
They advertised retractable ratchet straps on Facebook, which automatically retract the excess strap. They sent standard non-retractable straps without any explanation. I contacted them and they offered a 15% refund. I asked for a complete refund. I accused them of false advertising, but have not had a recent response from them.
