I asked FYE to cancel my Backstage Pass on 6/17/2025 via e=mail on 6/17/2025 and as of this date they are STILL charging me $11.99 per month. There is nowhere to go on the website to disenroll and when you call their customer service phone number to cancel, you cannot proceed because they require your Backstage Pass number but I was never provided this information and it doesn't show up when I log into their website.
