Description
On December 31, 2025 I purchased USPS stamps from a website that was selling forever stamps for a discounted price. The sale is 100 stamps for $27.99. These stamps are older forever stamps. The ones I selected were the 2025 Chinese New Year Snake stamps. There was a tracking number from the USPS but I did not receive that information until the stamps were finally delivered today January 20, 2026. I thought I had been scammed until I received the package today. After entering the name and address on the packaging slip on the BBB website. I found that the person listed on the slip has other claims against them for possible scams. The person on the return address is Galina Lomanova, 5031 Watson Ave, Philadelphia PA 19143. The website states the stamps arrive in one week. Also, they claim secure checkout and 24 hour customer service. However, I was unable to contact or receive feedback when trying to contact them. IRCSRX INC is listed as the company. The website claims to be a independent vendor for Stamps Ac. Additional contact information is [email protected] and 13235 Standford Ave, Flushing NY USA 12355 Phone 724-913-2894 (SMS only)
