Description

I purchased a product from them. Took a month to receive. I then used the product 3 times and it failed. I emailed their support team and it took almost 3 weeks for them to get back to me stating they dont take returns, refunds, or even offer to help troubleshoot a faulty product. I looked up reviews and there are MANY which have the same issue i am now. They also have MANY sites that are the same company doing the same thing to many other people. Its false promises with a faulty product. They are taking peoples money and not doing anything to help correct their faulty products. I was also supposed to get free gifts with my order and i did not receive anything but the product in a shotty looking box with no instructions or anything else. I have attached my original message along with theirs. Also if you look up the conpany reviews you will see they are doing this to many other people.
