I purchased 3 airline tickets from Cheapflights.com for a December flight. They said one week before the flight I would receive the tickets. I didn't, so I called and they said the flights were canceled. They said my money would be refunded after 7-10 days. It was not. I called them again to find out where my money is and they said that the airline refunded my money in points so I would need to open a Klarna card to transfer the points into money. He walked me through the process and after the call, I checked my credit card which had a new pending charge of $2003.99 from Cheap Flights UK. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and was refunded that money but Klarna is still looking for their $2003.99 which they will NOT GET FROM ME!! I called Cheap Flights again to inquire about my refund and the woman I spoke to asked me if I opened my Klarna account, I said I had and that she was trying to steal another $2000.00 she hung up on me. I called right back and spoke to a man who said wait 24 hrs and check my account if the $740 is not in there, I am to call him back. I don't think I will ever get my money but for everyone else, DO NOT EVER BUY AIRLINE TICKETS THROUGH CHEAPFLIGHTS.COM--IT IS A SCAM!!
