Description

Airris USA Limited (China) is a COMPLETE SCAM! I placed an on-line order w/them in Sep 2025 for a luxury purse that was never received. At time of order, they provided me a tracking number from their tracking company, Aftership - Global Package Tracking, but NO tracking information for the actual U.S. Carrier Svc being used. After waiting an extended period of time for my delivery, I checked for the delivery status using the "tracking #" provided & noticed tht Aftership documented my package as being delivered! Some of the tracking data was even reported in Chinese. I reported my non-receipt promptly to Airris via email (corresponded w/someone by the name of Mia throughout the complete encounter). Mia basically immediately apologized for the problem with my failed delivery & almost immediately offered to make another attempt at delivery & wld also send a small gift along for the inconvenience. Although I did think it was strange for her to make such an offer so quickly w/o investigating the issue first, I accepted the offer & just thought of it as great customer service. I was assigned a new tracking # again being tracked by Aftership. Needless to say, the same issue occured, package tracked as delivered yet no product received. Attempted to report issue to Airris......they were no longer responding. I even contacted Airship to report their false recordings of the package(s) being delivered. They informed me they only record the information the "Carrier" enters into their system, & at no time are they ever in physical possession of the actual packages. They claimed to not even have any information on the actual Carrier! I was informed I wld hv to contact the Seller (Airris) to get the name of the Carrier; who at this point was no longer responding. I also attempted to report it to my financial institution, who informed me they cldn't do much since I had paid through PayPal (considered a 3rd party) and not directly w/the Seller. Actually tht turned out to be my saving grace, as upon the 1st failed delivery I did file a dispute claim w/PayPal. I wld admit, PayPal appeared to require more proof from me than tht from the Seller. I dealt w/MULTIPLE rulings on the Seller(s) behalf, because they provided PayPal with "tracking" proof of delivery; but after multiple challenges against their rulings, as of Jan 2026 PayPal reversed their findings & ruled in my favor & agreed to reimburse my money in full. For what it's worth, PayPal did eventually provide me w/the so-called Carrier's name tht Airris provided them, ESB Int'l Cargo (Nigeria). Thankfully, my refund was granted before I had to reach out to them!
