Description
I bought 3 50-piece bundles of 8.5x11 cardboard inserts from this company on December 3, 2025, and received nothing. They supplied a tracking number that supposedly tracked a package from China and marked it as delivered on December 27 even though no package had arrived. I have repeatedly asked them for the name of the US package delivery service and a US tracking number, and they have ignored my requests and claimed to be confirming delivery with their "courier." When asked to identify the "courier," they ignore the request. I have opened a case in the PayPal resolution center that is still unresolved.
