Title: Unauthorized recurring charges by Vizoya / TryVizoya from 2025–2026 — impossible to cancel I am posting this review to warn other consumers about my experience with Vizoya, also operating as TryVizoya. I made what I believed to be a one-time purchase from Vizoya in early 2025 and did receive the product. At no point during checkout or purchase did I see any clear disclosure that I was enrolling in a membership, subscription, or recurring billing program. Despite this, I was later charged recurring monthly fees of approximately $53 without my authorization. These charges stopped for a period of time, leading me to believe the issue had been resolved. In January 2026, Vizoya/TryVizoya began charging my credit card again without notice or authorization. What makes this behavior especially concerning: • There is no functional way to log into an account • There is no legitimate way to cancel any membership or subscription • Customer service is ineffective or unresponsive • Charges appear to stop and restart arbitrarily I never knowingly agreed to any recurring subscription, and the absence of clear disclosure combined with the inability to cancel strongly suggests deceptive and unauthorized billing practices. After researching further, I discovered numerous consumer complaints describing the exact same experience with Vizoya/TryVizoya, including unauthorized recurring charges and the inability to cancel or access an account. I am disputing these charges with my credit card issuer. I strongly recommend that consumers avoid doing business with Vizoya / TryVizoya and carefully review their credit card statements if they have ever made a purchase from this company. This appears to be a pattern of behavior, not an isolated incident.
