I saw an excavator for sale online (Westland Equipment) and called the number provided. I spoke to David about the equipment. He gave details and said it was available and machine could be shipped. When I told him I wanted to make the 14hr drive to look at it, he said it was appointment only. I told him to make appointment for 9am next morning, he said he would check time availability and call me back. I waited an hour and called him back and the number was disconnected. I called on a different phone and he answered. I told him who I was and he hung up on me again. I tried calling him back and phone was disconnected. I called him on another phone and he hung up on me again. Tried calling him back on that phone and it said it was disconnected.
