Hike Balance offered a new kind of trail running shoe with a 30 day guarantee. It took almost a month to receive the shoes which came from *****. Had I known that I never would have ordered. As soon as they were received I attempted to receive a way to return the shoes. They were very poor quality had n support, and were very oddly shaped so that a proper fit was impossible. The phone was disconnected so I emailed support. I eventually received a response and they refuse to take the shoes back, offering me a 10% then 50% discount on another pair. After 4 or 5 exchanges over the next month I disputed this charge with my credit card company and was refunded. I did some additional research and have discovered this company is a scam and their marketing is fraudulent.
