This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I keep getting phone calls stating they are taking action with a civil suit, they won't give me any other information and say I am getting served papers in 2-3 weeks. They have called my father, brother and my father girlfriend and left messages. I have never once received any information in the mail from this company, and they won't tell me what it is regarding.
