According to the description, the product was to be a coin featuring Abraham Lincoln in high-relief silver on the obverse, facing forward with the US Capitol behind him, draped in the American flag and engraved with the details "final cent 1793 to 2025," "In God we trust," and a gold banner reading "End of an era." The reverse was to display an authentic-style 2025 Lincoln penny set permanently into the coin, encircled by stylized eagle wings adorned with red, white, and blue enamel, along with the inscription "Rest in peace penny." However, I received a silver-colored coin with laminated paper images on both sides, which did not align with the advertised description. I contacted the company by email, providing photographs of the received item and detailing my dissatisfaction. In response, the company expressed regret regarding the my experience and offered either a 20% refund or a full refund contingent upon the user returning the item at their own expense.
