Advertised on Facebook. I took it for granted this company was in the USA, but it was China. I received the item without the heavier leash or dog identifying information on it yesterday after a month and a half. I paid just under $45. Afterwards I saw the same exact dog coat for under $20. It came from China to a man named Luke Yang, 16657 China Berry in Chino Hills CA 91709, a personal residence. The package has no return labels if you wanted to return it and there is no customer service phone number to inquire about anything. When I realized this comes out of China I sent an email to them to cancel the order and immediately credit my card but they completely ignored the request and just sent me a tracking number. I feel this is false advertising so buyer beware! And then you worry if this person who works out of their house has your credit card information. This company should be investigated as they are completely ripping off Americans.
