This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I bought 2 identical items and upon purchase they showed they were shipping from China. Took extra time, not a problem except the items were not the same quality as what was pictured that I thought I bought. They state no hassle claims but asked me why I wanted to return the items when I sent an email inquiring how to return the items. They have since not responded after I provided them a clear answer along with pictures of the products I received.
