Description

The scammer contacted me about making a delivery that I had purchased from another scammer. They told me that I needed to make a $300 (refundable) payment for shipping insurance. When I asked them why I had to make the payment instead of the seller, they got very defensive and said it was my responsibility. When I told him that I wanted to wave the insurance fee and to just ship it, they said that they can't do that and I needed to pay it. I was not feeling comfortable about this and thought that it might be a scam. So I tried contacted the seller but was unsuccessful. When I told the trucking company that I was going to cancel the order, they said that I can't because it was already to go just waiting for payment and that if I didn't pay within 12 hours the product would be lost. I have been unsuccessful to contact anyone since. They have ghosted me.
