Product shown on site for a engine kit. Placed order, and received (2 weeks later) a poorly printed chunk of plastic that was supposed to qualify. Inquiry into refund (correspondence attached) indicated that the cost to return it was mine to pay and would be expensive, so I should settle for a 20% refund of fees. Continued follows ups and demands for a refund were met with 30%, then 40%, then 50% offers. Finally had enough and disputed with Paypal, but wanted to put out word. Since their site has a BBB logo on it, figured I would verify if the BBB is aware of their practices. not sure you can do anything other than raise awareness of the scammy nature of these folks.
