I received a letter recently from Gordon Smith Law at 200 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario, phone +1-437-225-6076. This was for an unclaimed life insurance policy for over 20 million US, issued by Affinity Credit Union Canada held by Mr James *******, who has duel citizenship in US and Canada. Passed without a will and no verified beneficiaries. Since my surname (by marriage) being the same, I received request to call and confirm whether I have any knowledge or connection to this person. Contact info was either/or [email protected], [email protected]. Is this a scam? If so, I am reporting it to you.
