I am 67 years old. My fa in law was hospitalized and in bad shape, I couldn't be there so I wanted to send flowers: Ordered the country basket arrangement from a FTD photo on their website of www.flowersin4hours.com Floral ORDER ?:5212890 Re order On Friday 1/9/2026 8:58 AM. We were told our order will be processed 1/9/2026. We ordered a country basket, our order was  farmed out to Blossom Flower Delivery ([email protected]). Flowers did not arrive in 4 hours, I called on Saturday 1/102026. and was told it was a delivery problem, promised that they would be delivered on Monday and my floral basket would be at no charge bumped up to deluxe.    Nothing arrived on Monday.  So I called on  Tuesday 1/13/2026 asking to cancel the order.   Blossom said that they have to "talk to someone about that."  I got a notice late on Wednesday 1/14/2026 that my motherinlaw got a flower delivery.  I asked for a photo of the flowers that were delivered and it was a vase of brown roses: the roses' petals were brown, the greenery was dead , not even close to the value of the country basket.   It looked like they went out to a graveyard and stole someone's flower left on the grave.  They sent  those flowers,  so they  wouldn't have to refund my money. I contacted both flowers in 4 hours and Blossom Flower Delivery the chat line didn't answer my complaint at all. In told I tried to complain at least 4 times.
