I had searched sleep earbuds on Google and found a review page specifying this company was great. I went to the seller’s site and the earbuds were on sale for $89.00 which appeared to be almost half price on a “sale.” I purchased with a debit card. After purchasing I did some more research and found a message board saying this product was a scam. I went to the website and looked up the cancellation policy and sent an email approximately 6 hours after purchase to cancel. The website states they will honor cancellations within 24 hours of purchase but won’t honor if the product ships. I got no response until 2 days after my cancellation request when I received a shipment notification and tracking number. I then got a response saying they couldn’t cancel my order because the item had shipped but I could return them after I received them if I didn’t like them. Their policy is that you need to pay return shipping and pay a re-stocking fee if you decide you don’t like them. I received the item a couple weeks later in the mail and the product is very poor quality. They don’t turn off, the sound quality is very poor, the construction is very cheap, there aren’t directions and the item is a generic earbud that has no branding on the item or the box. I ordered this product from a US site, the item shipped from Hong Kong and the support email is for a UK based company so it is unclear who or where this item is really coming from.
