Theft / Fraud. My wife and I contacted Nathan Rileigh of Cascade Roofing to replace our roof in late October 2025. We signed a contract with him on 10-25-2025 and on the same day, we paid half up front in the amount of $ 7500.00. On November 17th, 2025 he and one other worker showed up and striped the area above our porch. They then proceeded to lay down Everbuilt water barrier and then stopped for the day. Then on November 24th, 2025, Nathan showed up and then went to Home Depot to get a safety harness for him and his one worker who was running late that day. Nathan returned from Home Depot and proceeded to leave for the day promising to be in contact with us to schedule the removal and installation of the roof and that was the last time that we physically seen him. We then tried to email, text and call him. He was finally heard from after a police officer called him on 1-12-2026 and requested his side of the story.
