This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I ordered moth hair clips from this company, they took over a month to be delivered. And once delivered, they looked nothing like the photos ( which I knew about three weeks after ordering that they were using photos from someone else's website) and they shipped me a completely wrong order. I contact them about a refund as it was a $150 worth of merchandise, they refused to refund me the entire amount or ship me the correct order. I don't even want the correct order at this point. But they're definitely running a scam.
