I placed 2 orders on the same day for dog toys. It took over 5 weeks to get them. The box they shipped it in were a mess and the toys either didn't work or broke within 5 minutes of use. I have emailed them 6+ times and they responded a few times, but I have not heard from them in a week. They said they would issue a refund once I sent back. I emailed them photos of the product as requested and I never heard from them again.
