I have never received my order, paid for “shipping protection “ and my order was returned due to being undeliverable even though the address was correct. I initiated a dispute with the online payment provider I used and heard immediately from EMBROOM'S customer service team that they would immediately refund me my money but I needed to cancel the dispute, which of course I trusted them to do and sent proof that I had cancelled the dispute and of course as soon as I did, RADIO SILENCE from their customer service. Suffice to say, don't trust their word - they just wanted the dispute dropped and I cannot reach customer service. Fortunately I re-initiated the dispute and will not be responding to any future lies from them. As expected, "Jenny" from customer service who ignored several of my emails after I cancelled the initial dispute *IMMEDIATELY* emailed me after I re-initiated the dispute that they can't issue the refund until I cancel the dispute. Actually, if they really wanted t the dispute resolved, then they would have refunded my money. That's how it works. All they are doing is trying to buy time and keep the funds. Complete scam and it's evident.
