I am reporting this company because of the product I bought which was never delivered. It was a $35 Labubu Doll for my daughter for Christmas. The initial order was made the first week of December 2025. When I attempted to contact seller for a delivery update, the email address provided on the website came back as undeliverable (twice). The phone number provided on their website could not reached when called. I also used the "contact the vendor" option provided on this website asking about delivery update and have never received a response back. My order number was #9782. The website address is https://www.labubuco.us. I am not interested in getting my $35 refunded. I quickly deactivated my credit card and was given new numbers. The only info this website has is my full name, address, and credit card. If they are fradulent, just shut them down. Thank you!
